OMG!! what the hell are those things in the crack of that wood!!! Are they a million worms?? I agree with you the detail is fantastic!! Colour too!! Pleasant green.

I think you can crop out some of the tree from the bottom of the photo. The subject (i'm assuming) is the green, and it feels the bottom is a bit distracting. Try about a 1.5" crop from the bottom of the picture.

I love the contrast in this picture, and the detail in the greens. Did you try black and white?
